You can redeem this voucher online at www.zalando.ch. This gift voucher is not valid for the Zalando Lounge.

It is not possible to redeem the voucher for cash or have it replaced in the event of loss or damage.

Gift vouchers cannot be retroactively credited to an order and they cannot be exchanged or blocked.

Gift vouchers are valid for an unlimited amount of time and there is no minimum order value for redemption.

There are two ways you can redeem your Zalando voucher:

1. Log into www.zalando.ch under “My user account”. You can enter your voucher code under “My gift vouchers” and the balance will be credited to you immediately for your next purchase.

2. Enter the voucher code directly into the voucher field when making a purchase. Your balance will be automatically deducted from the value of the goods. If redeeming for part of the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will be credited to your customer account.

If you cancel an order or return goods for which a gift voucher was used, the amount you paid will be transferred/credited back to you. The value of your gift voucher will be credited back to your credit account with Zalando.
